Dr. Kenneth D. Silvestri was the first Prosthodontist in Rhode Island and was one of the original pioneers in implant dentistry. Dr. Silvestri has worked in the dental field for over 45 years, specializing in implants, including mini-implants, crown and bridge work, porcelain crowns (caps) and veneers, full immediate and partial dentures, and in-office/at-home bleaching. Dr. Silvestri received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Rhode Island, a DMD Degree from The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and his Certificate in Prosthetic Dentistry from Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry. Dr. Silvestri is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a member of the American College of Prosthodontists.
